What should i tell my interviewer when he asks me why i quit the military?

I was in the military but i got out because i wanted to be a full time mom for my son. I don't want to reveal too much of my personal life to the interviewer, so how do i word this? Thank you for all your inputs. What should i tell my interviewer when he asks me why i quit the military?Since you didn't work while you cared for your son, it will be better to say it was a family decision for you to stop working and go back to civilian life in a few years, which you are trying to do right now. People do that all the time. You don't have to say it was your son or anything and they will understand. What should i tell my interviewer when he asks me why i quit the military?
make light of it say you kind of got fed up with people trying to shoot you.might help brake the ice a bit. What should i tell my interviewer when he asks me why i quit the military?because u had another career in mindWhat should i tell my interviewer when he asks me why i quit the military?
Okay, read over your question. Then read over your first line of your sentence.

That's the reason right there.

Sometimes instead of turning to others, turn into yourelf.

Saying you wanted to be a full time mom is not too personal. Your employer would not think of you as a horrible person because you quit your job.

I hope I've helped you! What should i tell my interviewer when he asks me why i quit the military? There isn't anything wrong with being honest. Especially if you are a single parent, you are taking care of your family. You didn't simply leave the military on a whim, I'm sure it took you some time to decide what was best for you.

I would say "Because my son needed to have me around without being afraid of what might happen."What should i tell my interviewer when he asks me why i quit the military?
Just say it was for family reasons and leave it at that.
I don't see why this is a problem?? The truth usually serves you well, besides what would you come up with instead? I quit 'cause I hated crawling through mud and climbing that damn rope for the 1000th time, and everybody kept telling me what to do. Rules, rules, rules. Bloody hell why don't they ever ease up?

I still don't see a problem with I left to care for my son.

How much does the US spend on Military as opposed to the production of goods?

I'm doing a project on the topic of "Guns or Butter" and I want to give points of reference so people can understand what the United States chooses to do. I was easily able to find the military spending for the US in 2009 but manufacturing is a different story as I cannot find it. Thanks for the help! How much does the US spend on Military as opposed to the production of goods?See http://www.census.gov/manufacturing/m3/a鈥?/a>How much does the US spend on Military as opposed to the production of goods?1. The 'butter" in "guns vs. butter" has almost nothing to do with manufacturing. It is about military expenditures (guns) vs. private consumption of goods and services (butter).

Similarly, "guns" includes all "current" military spending including weapons, pay for military personnel, and pay for civilian employees of the military (for some reason, money spent on veterans is not included as part of the military budget, which makes true comparison harder).

2. The simplest comparison is just total military (i.e. Department of Defense) expenditures as a percentage of GDP.

Is the Knights Hospitaller the only remaining military group still around from crusades?

I know they have gone through a lot of changes since the crusades, but I was wondering if there were any other religious/military groups or orders that have survived to modern day since the crusades. Is the Knights Hospitaller the only remaining military group still around from crusades? The Teutonic Knights also exist. They crusaded against the pagan peoples of the Baltic region - modern Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

There is the smaller military order, the Order of the Holy Sepulchre, that still exists.

Here in NZ they started up again, although they are not desended from original knights. I think our knights here have something to do with Free Masons, and do alot of charity work.Is the Knights Hospitaller the only remaining military group still around from crusades? The Rosicrucians.

What kind of physical shape do you need to be in to join the military?

My friend is applying, but he hurt his wrist and hip in a car accident a year ago and they still give him pain when over exerted, and his wrist doesn't bend 100%. He still manages to play hockey and stuff, with some soreness the next day. What kind of physical shape do you need to be accepted into the military? And if he does get accepted, what about basic training - will they kick him out if they see him struggling with his ailments? I just don't know what kind of training and flexibility and exercises etc there are that might be difficult for him. What kind of physical shape do you need to be in to join the military? The screening process during MEPs will sort out wither or not your friend is eligible to join the Armed Forces. If not he will be denied until he has surgery done, or naturally recovers and gains full use of his wrist and hip.

If he some how slips through the cracks of processing, then he might pay for it during basic. What kind of physical shape do you need to be in to join the military?it will come out during the physical. no use lieing about it. if he has problems in basic and they see old injuries on an xray that arent in his medical profile he would get it for fraudulent enlistment. best thing is to fill out the forms and take the physical. they might let it go. probabl;y some doctors check him out. if he admits to pain after a workout forget it. the military does not want to pay the bills for pre existig conditions. What kind of physical shape do you need to be in to join the military? He will have a very detailed physical at MEPS when he goes to sign his contract. Depending on how serious the doctors think it is, he may have to be seen by other military doctors and get a waiver for it. If he gets in and really starts having problems then he could be discharged...there really is no way of knowing for sure what they will do. It's one of those good ole army "hurry up and wait" things. Sorry I couldn't be more help! Good Luck! What kind of physical shape do you need to be in to join the military?

What economic system is more focused on military?

Is it Socialism, Capitalism, or Communism? Or are all of them focused on military about the same amount? What economic system is more focused on military?Communism rewards soldiers with political positions called Commissars. Socialism and Capitalism use the military to achieve their aims but Communism uses the military as it's own idealogical shock troops.
