Which Harry Potter game for PS2 would you recommend as the best?

I know PS2 is old hat now, but I'm old school I'm afraid - only upgraded my PS1 a couple of months ago! I remember playing the very first Harry Potter game years ago, and thought it was reasonable, and want to have a go on another one, but not sure which to go for.



I have read a lot of reviews and things online, so no point in posting me links to web reviews and such like, I just really want to know what ones you've played, which was your favourite, and why you liked it so much. So far, all I've gathered online is that the Goblet of Fire should be avoided as it's just all fighting, and the ones which appeal most from the reviews are either chamber of secrets, order of the phoenix, or half blood prince.



I like the idea of being able to explore the world and have to go on missions to find things etc. So, bearing that in mind - Which one do you think, and why?

I haven't got ALL of the games. But I have the 1st (on ps1), 2nd, 3rd and 5th. I didn't get 'Goblet of Fire' because I read terrible reviews about it. Apparently it doesn't allow you to explore the school.



I would definitely recommend 'The Order of the Phoenix' out of the lot, because it is definitely the most exciting and there really is SO much to explore. I agree with you, the best part of the games is to explore Hogwarts, and this game doesn't disappoint! The only problem with it is that some of the missions are really tedious and can get quite irritating. But overall, a really good game! 'Prisoner of Azkaban' is a close second!

If i HAD to pick id say, Order of the Phoenix.Which Harry Potter game for PS2 would you recommend as the best?
When I had my PS2 I had Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.



IT WAS AWESOME. Playing it with my sister and cousin was awesome too because they played as Ron and Hermione and I was Harry.



Goblet of Fire is what I would recommend :) It was a nice experience :D
