Gamestop.com is another good place to buy video games from. I've pre-ordered GTA 4 with them and I purchased Heavenly Sword online from Gamestop.com and I got Heavenly Sword in the mail the day that it came out.

well obviously there are online retailers, but if your looking for a cheap way to get a game, try www.goozex.com, it allows you to trade your games for points, then with points get new ones, ive done it quite a bit, and ive sold off all my old game for new ones.Were can i buy video games online?
