I'm a Type 1 Diabetic who has wanted to join the military his whole life, but because of the diabetes I can't. What career is closet that I can do? I was thinking CIA, FBI, NCIS (Yes diabetics can do them). I was going to say Coast Guard but they have strenuous physical requirements.. Imagine needing insulin in the middle of a rescue in a raging storm

Same pay rates as the military, same rank system, same benefits. You would be assigned at Indian Hospitals, Coast Guard facilities, US Public Health facilities. You would get to retire in 20 years. You get to wear a uniform.
