How many dependent do you need to rate a 3 bedroom in military housing?

I need to move into military housing, does anyone know how many dependents showing on your RED rates a 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom house? How many dependent do you need to rate a 3 bedroom in military housing? Also depends on sex of children and ages. My family had 3 but we had 2 boys and 1 girl. How many dependent do you need to rate a 3 bedroom in military housing?general rule: one bedroom per child plus one for you and the spouse.

Overseas and in critical Housing areas they can enforce sharing:

all kids regardless of gender under 5 will share a BR. same gender under 12 will share. 12 and up get their own room.

4 BD units tend to have the longest waiting lists to get in as there are fewer of them over all. and if you only rate a 3 BR unit you will NOT get a 4 BD unless there is a huge glut of empty housing.

Most housing areas CONUS have gone PPV and the smallest available now is a 3 BR unit. size and layout will of course vary. How many dependent do you need to rate a 3 bedroom in military housing?four or more
