Harry Potter PC Games?

I am a really big fan of Harry Potter, and so I decided to download a game of it. I am tired of going through websites to read the ratings of all the games. So can someone tell me without giving any links that which game is the best out of all? And why? Also I was wondering that do you get to do any spell that you unlock or learn (like doing combos and stuff)? Or can you only do the spell that is required? You know what I mean? Because there is no point in playing if you are going like step by step and doing the spells that they allow you to do. And can you duel other people or things whenever you want to? And can you attack anybody, and will it harm them? Also, can you perform any duel spell? Like Crucio or Avada-Kevadra? Because that's what I want. Like I understand that you have to follow the levels and stuff, but there should be some freedom in doing things. And do they have like any mini-games? So mainly, can you pick out a game that kinda matches these guidelines the most? And should I download them, or are they worth buying? And if I do download from a torrent.... can someone send me the link? And if I buy it.... what is the cheapest place besides going online? Oh and it's for PC duh! And should I buy a controller?
