Help! Is there a virus on my computer and what should I do?

I searched up "Download Harry Potter games" online, and I started to download it from the website. Then, it made me download a few other things (I canceled most of them, but this one I accidentally downloaded) it's called VoloMediaService. I then just canceled the whole thing. I'm not very good with computers. Now, firefox just pops up from a new window, and I really don't want a virus. Can someone PLEASE help?Help! Is there a virus on my computer and what should I do?

Install Avira or KAS update the antivirus and run a scan then restart



If still the problem exists uninstall firefox and re install

I was just up all night working on the viruses on my pc. I have norton and ran it again and again and again and it removed a total of 14 trojan viruses. But I still new I have viruses because my computer was not working right.
