Am I a geek or is it just a stereotype?

I don't know what else to do. I like computers, video games, science fiction movies, science, astronomy, anime, etc. I'm not so good in math or science but I wish I was, I always liked Science when I was a kid and I wanted to get those science experiment kits they had. I really like computers and I am interested in taking programming courses in College. I like to play MMO's such as World of Warcraft, Dungeons and Dragons, Lord of the rings Online, etc. I also like techno, dance, trance music, etc.



My favorite movies are Lord of the Rings, Starwars, Harry Potter, The Golden Compass, The Seeker, The Dark is Rising, Journey To the Center of the Earth, The Mummy series, etc. I am planning on going to a anime convention when one comes to town and cosplay as one of my favorite video game/anime characters. I also wear glasses but I refuse to wear them even though I should.



Am I just a nerd or a complete geek? I don't look ugly and I've had a few girls told me I looked cute before. Is this just a stereotype or is this just being me?Am I a geek or is it just a stereotype?
We're not divided into categories. Just look at yourself as a normal human being. I mean, you CAN refer to yourself as a nerd of geek, but hey, be like me and take pride in it! I love being a nerd!Am I a geek or is it just a stereotype?

No you are just yourself and you should embrace it. Just don't be obnoxious about it, I think guys who have self esteem and are true to themselves are much more fun to be with than guys who have to be all perfect and sh*t! PS have fun at your Cosplay/Convention thing, that was actually really popular at my highschool! (Class of 09!)
