My ea game start to act up?

i bought harry potter and the deathly hallows part 2 online (im probably late..) i bought it online and got it in four or six days i don't know and it finally arrived i did everything it was just like how i started my sims game but when i got into story mode its not acting right slow, camera mode act up, and i cant even run, is anybody out there like an EA genius out there i really need help like everything else is fine when it loads up its just the story mode get into the game :'( dont want to even say.My ea game start to act up?
