PC Game like GTA but with Magic and Wizards?

Hey. I looking forward to getting a game but i dont know of any that i would like. Is there a game that is sort of like maplestory but not online and that its 3D. Or like WOW but not online. You know, something with magic and stuff like that. It would be cool if there was a game like GTA but in harry potter... so you can do whatever u want AND you are a wizard.

If any of you have read Eragon, a game just like the story were you can roam around and do all you want.PC Game like GTA but with Magic and Wizards?
there is a game called fable: the lost chapters and fable 2, basically you take a role of a child and your choices determine what type of character he can become. bad actions cause you to become bad (for example, you might start getting horns, or start getting a bad aura around you)



you can choose to use magic or weapons or both
